25th ANNIVERSARY ARTS AUCTION in 2009

Submit your application to participate in the juried arts auction, on or before: November 22, 2008..

We invite you to submit your best artwork to be juried for the Arts Auction's 25th Anniversary in 2009—airing April 24, 25, and 26. Submissions are accepted in all media. You may enter a maximum of four pieces per medium, each with a minimum value of $100.

Previously accepted juried works include Contemporary to 19th Century works, Modern and Post Modern styles, Decorative Arts, Utilitarian and Funcitional Forms, Crafted Materials, and Antiques and or Ancient Relics.

Mountain Lake PBS reaches into approximately 3.9 million households in New York, Vermont and Canada, and has an active bidding audience of over 5,000 people

GALLERY CREDITS
The collection will be exhibited at the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts in Plattsburgh, NY and on Mountain Lake PBS' extensive on-line gallery

SPOTLIGHT
Your artwork will be included in promotional material, the Arts Auction catalog, and the live on-air auction, which for the second time will be streamed live on mountainlake.org

Since 1984, the Arts Auction has been growing in stature and quality, and attracts big name artists like Patricia Reynolds, Ernest Haas, Oleg Podymow, Tex Dawson, and Loretta Fasan

In order to enter, complete a submission form for each piece of artwork you are submitting along with a digital photograph. If you are submitting a three-dimensional piece, you may send up to three digital photos (from different angles).

All artwork must be ready to hang—matted, framed, with wire on the back—if it is a picture or painting. Three dimensional pieces need to be mounted on a base. No exceptions will be made. Submit your application form now.
