SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In search of a new opportunity? Do you have the skills and experience selling TV advertising?

The ideal candidate will have 3 years broadcast or other media direct sales experience with proven ability to develop new business and client relationships. Requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, solid knowledge of marketing research and computer proficiency. Must be goal oriented and have the ability to motivate others.

Qualifications/Requirements:

·                      Creative problem solver, Solutions based sales experience.

·                      Build relationships with key decision makers at the agency and direct customer level.

·                      Manage & grow high-volume core business.

·                      Accurately forecast market variables.

·                      Identify missed sales opportunities.

·                      Meet & exceed quarterly revenue budgets.

·                      Develop and manage local client relationships.

·                      Will be involved and visible within local community.

·                      Knowledge of sales, marketing, traditional, and new media.

·                      Conceptual individual who can champion ideas and best practices into strategic   marketing programs to develop                                       incremental revenue.

·                      History of high performance and achievement in closing new business.

·                      Proactive, well organized self starter with strong project management skills.

·                      Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·                      Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines.

·                      Ability to manage many relationships at once.

·                      Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·                      Bachelors degree

·                      Valid Driver’s license
