COUPON PROGRAM – THE TRANSITION TO DIGITAL TELEVISION (DTV)
To help cover the cost of those individuals wanting to purchase converter boxes, the United States government will issue up to two converter box coupons for per U.S. households. 

Unfortunately, these coupons are not available for use by Canadians.

 - Typically, converter boxes are costing between $40 - $100 USD.
 - Coupons are valued at $40 each, but do expire 90 days after they are mailed.
 - You must request your coupon directly from the U.S. government.
 - We urge you to request your coupon now because coupon availabilities are limited.

To apply for the coupon, or to learn more about the United States TV Converter Box Coupon Program, you can call 1-888-388-2009 or visit:  www.DTV2009.gov

If your coupons have expired, or if you have lost your coupons, there is no plan by the U.S. government to replace or reissue coupons.
